About us
Tickits.pk is a Pakistani ticketing platform. We sell tickets for the people who put on events here — concerts and qawwali nights, comedy, theatre, workshops and festivals — and we handle the money so they can get on with running the show.
What we do
An organiser lists an event with us. We publish it, take bookings, collect payment, issue each buyer a QR ticket by email, and pay the organiser out after the event. Buyers don't need an account: name, email, mobile and CNIC is enough to book.
Events are organised, run and delivered by the organisers who list them. We are the ticketing platform, not the promoter — that distinction is set out in full in our terms of service.
Where we operate
Pakistan only, in Pakistani Rupees. We currently list events in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan, Faisalabad and Hyderabad. Every price, fee and total on the site is in PKR — we don't convert currencies and we add no exchange-rate margin.
How we handle money
Payment today is by direct bank transfer to the Tickits.pk account shown at checkout. Card payments are being introduced through our bank's payment gateway and are not switched on yet.
Your total is the ticket price set by the organiser, plus a platform fee and a payment-processing fee, all three itemised before you pay. We never store card numbers. The detail is in our payment policy, and what happens if an event is cancelled is in our refund policy.
