Terms of service
By booking a ticket or listing an event on Tickits.pk you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short.
What Tickits.pk is
Tickits.pk is a ticketing platform. Events are organised, run and delivered by the organisers who list them — we sell the tickets and handle the money, we don't run the events themselves.
Your account
- Give accurate details. Your ticket and booking emails go to the address you enter.
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe. You can sign in with a password or with Google, and you can connect or disconnect Google at any time.
- Don't share, sell or transfer your account.
Buying tickets
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The booking fee is shown clearly before you pay.
- Payment is by bank transfer. Your order is held while you transfer, and your tickets are issued once our team has verified your payment — usually within a few hours.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your payment and issue your ticket.
- If we can't verify a payment we'll tell you by email and you can upload a clearer screenshot for the same booking.
- We may cancel an order if it's fraudulent, if the payment doesn't arrive, or if a listing turns out to be priced or described incorrectly. You get a full refund in those cases.
Your ticket
- Each booking gets a QR ticket. Show it at the entrance — a screenshot is fine.
- Don't share your QR: the first scan admits, and a duplicate will be refused.
- Entry is subject to the organiser's and the venue's rules, including any minimum age shown on the listing. Bring ID where an age limit applies.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
For organisers
- You are responsible for your event actually happening as described, for any permits and venue arrangements, and for the safety of your attendees.
- You confirm you have the right to run and promote the event, including any music, artwork or names you use in the listing.
- We hold ticket money and pay out your share, less the agreed commission, after the event.
- Listings are reviewed before they go live. We can decline or remove a listing, and we can disable an event at any time.
- If you cancel an event, you fund the refunds to your ticket buyers.
Fair use
Don't use Tickits.pk to break the law, to defraud anyone, to scrape or overload the service, or to post content you don't have the rights to or that is abusive. We can suspend accounts that do.
Our liability
We're responsible for running the platform and handling your booking properly. We are not responsible for what happens at an event — its quality, cancellation by the organiser, or anything that occurs at the venue. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date below always shows when. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
