When we reply
- Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (PKT).
- Email: normally the same working day.
- Card payments: confirmed instantly, with your QR tickets emailed straight away, any time of day.
- Messages sent overnight or on Sunday are answered the next working morning.
Who to contact about what
- A booking (ticket not received, a payment problem, a refund): email us with your
TKT-reference. - Listing an event: start at List your event, or write to us and we'll set it up with you.
- An event you've listed (timings, pricing, artwork, payouts): reply to any email from us, or use your organiser portal.
- Press or partnerships: email us and mark it for the team.

Complaints
